JD Home Design is a Westchester County, NY based design firm specializing in kitchen and bath design as well as custom built-ins, libraries, butler pantries, bars, entertainment units, mud rooms and color consultation.

I am Jodi Duerr, the Principal/Owner of JD Home Design and have been designing since 1988. I graduated from SUNY Purchase with a degree in Economics, minor in Graphic Design and studied Interior Design at Parsons School of Design. I have worked in both New York and Florida and am extremely knowledgeable about the entire process of kitchen and bath construction. I have also been a Realtor in Florida and am well- versed in project budgeting as it relates to home value and resale. For the last 7 years, I have also been working as a design specialist with Majestic Kitchens & Baths in Mamaroneck, NY.

I create unique, functional and beautiful spaces while maintaining budget and timing guidelines. I begin by listening to my clients’ needs and wishes and then transform them into reality. My passionate and detailed approach to a project melds optimized space and utility with ageless design and value.
